Advantages

Water Management

Distinctive advantages of PE corrugated pipes in water management lies in its

  1. Cost effective , long term and permanent benefits.
  2. Corrosion and chemical resistance.
  3. Easy to handle.
  4. Construction advantage.
  5. Flexible and fatigue resistance.

Industrial

Due to its non corrosive and abrasion resistance nature, PE corrugated pipes have become a preference in the industrial sectors. PE corrugated pipes are highly flexible and does not loose its ID even when fully turned. They are light weight, easy to install and can bear pressures upto 300 psi and constant service temperature upto 140°F. Currently following industrial sectors are the prime users of corrugated pipes.

  1. Automobile
  2. Petrochemical
  3. Power plants
  4. Aero space Industries.
  5. Electrical
  6. Fertilizer
  7. Electronic Industries like washing machine

Agriculture. Parks, Golf courses

PE corrugated pipe used on agricultural sites is most often used for culverts and field drainage. A culvert is a pipe that allows water to flow while providing access for equipment into adjacent parcels. Culverts are often short- usually just wide enough for the equipment to drive over – but must withstand the substantial traffic loads. Field drainage is an underground network of pipe used to collect underground water and/or surface water. Surface water can be collected by using vertical rises in low-lying areas that allow the water to flow into the pipe below ground. Ground water enters the pipe through perforations. Field drains typically discharge to a local ditch or creek. The type of native soil and the crop grown on the site will determine the pipe diameter, spacing, and dept of burial for optimum crop growth.

Agricultural drainage requirements vary widely and the PE corrugated pipes have the products to meet the needs. Pipe is light weight and flexible for easy handling and installation.
